Genius Infotech ("we", "us") provides e-commerce account management services to online sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and similar marketplaces. This policy explains how we handle information when you communicate with us on WhatsApp and through this website.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: your WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
• Messages and files you send to our WhatsApp business numbers, and our replies, including text, images, documents, voice notes and the time they were sent.
• Business details you share with us for the service, such as business name, GST number, product details, prices and order or claim references.
• Billing records such as plan, invoices and payment status.

Please do not send passwords or one-time passwords (OTPs) on WhatsApp. If you do, our system automatically hides them before saving messages.

2. How we use your information

• To understand and track your service requests (for example, new listings, claims and support tickets) and to complete them.
• To reply to you, send status updates, reports, invoices, and renewal or payment reminders.
• To improve the speed and quality of our service, including staff workload and response-time monitoring.

We use automated tools, including AI services, to read incoming messages, organise them into tasks and suggest replies. Our staff remain responsible for your account and decisions about it.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which delivers WhatsApp messages.
• Our AI service provider, which processes message text to organise requests.
• Our hosting provider, which stores our system and database.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep messages and service records while you are our client and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required for tax or legal reasons. Billing records are kept as required by Indian law.

5. Security

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff. Connections to this website use HTTPS.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop messaging you, by writing to us at the address below. You can also block our number on WhatsApp at any time.
